We met Guillaume Farinotti, head of general services and events at Audacia during Workspace trade show SETA in Paris Porte de Versailles
Can you provide us with a brief introduction about your company and your role within it ?
Audacia is a fast-growing company that structures innovative investment solutions in Private Equity, Real Estate and Venture for individual and institutional investors, providing access to valuable and resilient assets.
Audacia has its headquarters in the Hôtel de Bourrienne, which welcomes around fifty people every day.
My role is to ensure the quality of the working environment for Audacia’s employees as well as externals working in our coworking spaces.
What were the challenges or issues your company faced before you started using our solution ?
Mon objectif principal était de trouver une solution simple et efficace pour gérer l’occupation de nos différents espaces de réunion. Nous souhaitions sortir du « fameux » fichier Excel et pouvoir apporter de la sérénité et de la souplesse aux collaborateurs dans l’organisation de leurs réunions.
How did you find out about our solution and why did you decide to try it ?
I discovered the solution at the Workspace trade show at the Porte de Versailles. I was immediately seduced by the intuitiveness of the solution, simple, clear and effective visuals. I was looking for a solution that employees could quickly get use of it.
How was the implementation of our solution within your company? What were your first feelings ?
Commissioning took place over a period of one month. Regular video meetings allowed us to configure the application so that it adapts perfectly to our company. I really had the feeling that Twinsys was doing tailor-made work, which is very reassuring. After a test phase that allowed the final adjustments to be made, the production launch took place without any “bugs”.
What specific benefits have you seen from using Twinsys? How has this positively impacted your operations or bottom line ?
The main advantage for us is to optimize the use of our meeting rooms, employees can now schedule their meetings on their own and ensure that the reserved room will be available. They can also associate resources (screen, speaker, etc.) with their room bookings. What is also important to us is its perfect synchronization with Outlook, bookings can be made through this channel or directly in the Twinsys solution.
How did you find our support throughout your user journey ?
The first two words that come to mind are accessibility and responsiveness. Each time I asked for support, the response was quick and a solution was found. We had a problem that consisted of managing internal and external room users. Twinsys has found a solution while maintaining the security of the different user domains.
In summary, how would you describe your overall experience with our solution and our teams and how has it contributed to the improvement in your company ?
The deployment of the solution was perfectly coordinated by the Twinsys teams, including support and training modules to users. The appropriation of the solution by the employees was immediate. This had the effect of bringing a lot of serenity but also of being able to trace the occupation. In addition , improvements are regularly proposed and Twinsys is attentive to our new needs.
